Suitable for hydraulic fluids on mineral oil and synthetic oil basis (HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP), for oil- water- emulsions (HFAE, HFAS, HFB) and water-glycol liquids (HFC), for vegetable and mineral oil based lubricants, cooling water, compressed air. Not suitable for fluids on phosphate ester basis (HFD).

Hydraulic cylinder seals are used to seal the opening between various components in the hydraulic cylinder. There are two main types of hydraulic seals in the system:

Radial shaft seal designs have an auxiliary lip that protects the primary sealing lip from dust and other contaminats. A suitable lubricant in the space between the primary sealing lip and the auxiliary lip can reduce wear and delay corrosion. Contaminants that have passed the auxiliary lip will eventually cause damage in the counterface surface area.

O-rings are made from an in-house polymerized polyurethane compound with a very low compression set which made it possible to produce PUR O-rings. An O-rings made of PUR material is more resistant to extrusion than standard O-rings, so that it may be favourably used in all applications with very high pulsating pressures, or with restricted housing space not allowing the use of back-up rings.
